Well over 60 community banks located in the 13 state region are serviced by the Fiserv ITI Northeast Data Center. Our ITI service bureau provides the Windows/Browser based integrated product suite of ITI, which is used by thousands of community banks across the country.
The technology supplied by the Northeast ITI Data Center is the flagship product of Information Technology, Inc.' s (ITI) Premier. Premier's extensive and state of the art lines of integrated accounting, management information, and electronic delivery systems are second to none in the bank technology arena. At the heart of our delivery is the level of service that we provide to our client base. We at the Fiserv ITI Northeast Data Center view each client as a partner and dedicate ourselves to providing him or her with service that exceeds their own expectations and helps them become more successful day in and day out. We know that no amount of technology no matter how good, can replace good old-fashioned customer service and it is our number one priority and mission each and every day.
Client Meetings
A variety of client meetings and functions take place every year. These include a company hosted annual national conference that covers all Premier software plans and enhancements.
This two-day conference draws users from banks across the country. During the conference, ITI reveals the enhancement plans for the upcoming year and discusses the accomplishments and goals of the past year. Guest speakers who are well known in the financial services industry are featured. Concurrent sessions in a variety of topics are available. ITI staff and a demonstration room are available to provide guidance and answer any questions.
Additional two client meetings exist within our local region. Generally, these groups meet semi annual to discuss new products, and study industry trends. Our next meeting is in October in the Boston area.
