In addition to the day-to-day support provided by the Client Services Department, we also assign each financial institution an Account Executive. This individual has extensive background in banking and is a single point of contact for the client representing all of Fiserve's divisions.
The primary role of the Account Executive is to work with your institution on new products and services, client satisfaction and contract renewals.
