Fiserv began deploying the Information Technology Inc (ITI) software in a service bureau environment in 1991. This resulted in six data centers across the country designed to serve specific regions. Combined, they are now servicing over 700 institutions.

The Boston ITI Outsourcing Data Center was formed in 1992. With continued growth, the Boston ITI Outsourcing Data Center was moved to a brand new facility 6 miles outside of Hartford in Glastonbury, Connecticut. This facility is a 40,000 square foot building and has “state of the art” tools and alarms. With the re-location of the data processing operations and the addition of 22 banks in 2002, the center grew into and became the Fiserv ITI Northeast Data Center.

Fiserv ITI Northeast’s solutions are comprehensive and integrated, yet flexible enough to allow your institution to add optional solutions and request custom system modifications that make your institution uniquely your own in a Service or Resource Management processing arrangement.

Business Overview

The Fiserv ITI Northeast Business Unit has three locations with the Data Center being located in Glastonbury, CT and remote support sites in Braintree, MA and Norfolk, VA.

Our Business Unit provides Core and Ancillary Module processing utilizing the proven software solution provided by the Fiserv-owned entity, Information Technology, Inc. (ITI). This software provides comprehensive, integrated solutions to financial institutions (in either a Service or Resource Management processing arrangement.) Fiserv ITI Northeast provides resources in the areas of Client Training, Applications Conversion, Clients Services and Relationship Management – all combined to deliver proven, state-of-the-art one-stop shopping for data processing needs.

Management Team and Services

The Management Team is the backbone of the Data Center. The Team works together to insure you are receiving "Best in Class" Data Processing. We believe in business partners, not just clients. Open communication between our team and the client will create a life long business partnership.

Heading the Management Team is Jim LeVan. Jim is the President of the Northeast Region Business Unit. Jim has previously served as Data Center Manager in several Fiserv locations as well and is responsible for all administrative decisions within the Northeast ITI application processing business unit. Nancy Burke, VP Executive Consultant, works very closely with all Data Center teams, as well as our clients, to see that we deliver the best possible service. Nancy has worked in financial institutions and with the ITI software for over 20 years. Peter Kadra, VP and Senior Account Manager leads the Account Management team. Peter coaches his team in the success of solid business relationships.
